1) AI-Generated Content

This website generates horoscope/kundli-style responses using Artificial Intelligence (AI). The output is not produced by a certified astrologer and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect.

2) Not Professional Advice

The content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and must not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. If you need professional help, consult a qualified expert.

3) User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for how you interpret and use the results. Do not make critical life decisions solely based on AI output.

4) Credits, Plans & Usage

We provide a credit-based system for asking questions:

  • First question is free (one-time free credit per device/browser).
  • After the free credit is used, you must purchase credits to continue using the service.
  • Each successful AI answer consumes 1 credit.

Credit Packs (indicative):

  • ₹30 = 2 questions
  • ₹50 = 5 questions
  • ₹100 = 20 questions (No Ads while these credits last)

Note: Plan pricing and features may be updated from time to time. The latest plan details shown on the payment page apply.

5) Ads & “No Ads” Pack

We may display advertisements on some pages to support the service. If you purchase a pack that includes No Ads, ads will be hidden while your ad-free credits remain available.

6) Payments (Razorpay)

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details. Payment methods may include UPI (India), debit/credit cards (India & international), and other methods supported by Razorpay.

7) Digital Delivery & Refunds

This is a digital service delivered instantly through our website. Once credits are added to your account (device/browser) and/or a digital response is delivered, refunds are generally not available. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will review the issue.

8) Acceptable Use

Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or violates the rights of others. We may block misuse and restrict access when needed.

9) Limitation of Liability

AI Kundli & Horoscope and its owners will not be liable for any loss, harm, or damages arising from use of this service or reliance on AI-generated content.
